Recently we had a Heat Pump plus two Extractor Fans installed by Mike Moore. He arrived early, and to our delight we opened to door to a highly qualified, very pleasant, informative giant of a man (he’s so tall he barely needs a ladder to execute his duties).
What immediately impressed me was how wonderfully organised his tools and equipment were. He explained what and how he was going to do and even gave us a timeline for each part of the day. He completed the installations ahead of time, and then spent as much time as we needed to walk us through how to operate the heat pump and how to get the best use out of it for us.
When Mike left, I said to him that we enjoyed our day, it felt like a visit.
